Happy Go Lucky Euromillions Putty!

Okay - don't ask me what the title means, I have no idea myself.

however to cut a long story short (or simply write a synopsys) I guess what I am trying to say is that when we start playing the lottery becomes like one of those random rituals that we simply must do (like spinning a pen around your thumb).

I have been watching the likes of the Megamillions (USA) and Powerball (USA) games and their perceived big jackpots. Take today for example, MegaMillions is at a whopping 97 Millions USD however 97 = call it 49 million pounds and the cash option is probably around 25 million of which 33% goes to the federal coffers (and boy do they need it!) leaving you with a lousy: 17.5 Million. Nothing to snort at of course however when you think of the excitement a 97 Millions USD jackpot creates compared to a 17.5 Million euromillions jackpot... it makes no sense.

But then I guess lotto players cant do maths anyway... I certainly cant, maybe thats why I keep on playing?

So thats my qestions for the day, so take my advice and play the euro lotto!
